BECOMING A VEGAN AFTER 6 YEARS NOT EATING MEATS

its time to become a vegan after living as a "Lacto-Pecso) vegetarian for 6 years. I love cooking and the transition from eating meats and being the main side dish for our meals. It was not easy you "know as a Latin" we love flavor and fried foods. I never really ate vegetables probably corn, tomatoes, lettuce, cabbage, and avocado. This was a new lifestyle and trust me it was not easy since my other family mmbers ate meat. I learned to cook some delightful dishes and recreated most of our traditional dishes since Puertorican's love to cook with sazon goya and adobo which is loaded with tons of salt and MSG I learned to make my own sazon and adobo. I love cheese so will be making my own planning to buy 2 great books about Artisian Vegan Cheese and the ultimate uncheese cookbook....
